Do I need a Yumble subscription to buy lunches?
No need for a subscription to join the Yumble fun! But if you're as smitten with us as we are with you, subscribing will snag you some sweet discounts on your lunch orders.
How does this Yumble thing work?
It's as easy as pie! Pick your kiddo's favorite meals, and we'll zip them to your doorstep every week. Feel like mixing things up? You can change your meal choices, delivery day, or even press pause whenever you need to.
How do I cancel my Yumble subscription?
We'd be sad to see you go, but if you need to cancel, just head over to your account settings. Need a hand? Our customer service team is always ready to help.
What if I'm out when my Yumble delivery arrives?
No sweat! Our meals are packed to stay fresh, so they'll be just fine waiting for you. All of our meals are shelf stable so no refrigeration is needed.
Can I switch up my meal choices?
Of course! Variety is the spice of life, right? Update your meal picks anytime through your account settings. Just remember to do it before the day your subscription renews.
What if my kiddo has allergies or dietary needs?

How long will it take to get my order?
Once you place your order, orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days and then another 2-3 days to delivery. So plan your kiddo(s) lunches about 1 week in advance.
What is the cost of shipping?
No cost! We’re offering free shipping for the time being.
Do my lunches need to be refrigerated or frozen?
Nope, all of our lunchbags can be stored ambient.
What is the Shelf Life?
The shelf life on each product varies. On the back of each lunch bag we conveniently place a list of the expiration dates for all products included in that bag to quickly identify when the product must be consumed by.
What is the return/refund policy?
Our return/refund policy extends to any product defects or spoilage. Unfortunately, we cannot extend returns/refunds for any other reasons.
Where do you Ship?
Right now we are only set-up to ship within the contiguous 48 states of the United States.
Can I use SNAP/EBT to purchase these?
At this time, we unfortunately do not have the ability to accept SNAP/EBT.
